What is Truffle Nation?

India's premier pastry education institute, founded by Chef Kirty. We run in-person programs (6-week to 5-month courses) at our Delhi centre and online programs — training everyone from hobbyists to aspiring professional pastry chefs. We've trained 5,000+ students and are expanding to new cities.

Are these remote or in-person roles?

All roles are in-office at our Delhi centre. The Pastry Chef Instructor, UGC Creator, Sales, and all 8 intern positions require you to be on-site. Each role page has the specific schedule and details.

I'm not sure which role fits me. What should I do?

Read through each role page — they're designed to help you self-select. If you're an experienced chef who loves teaching, go to Pastry. If you're a salesperson wanting uncapped income, go to Sales. If you're camera-ready and charismatic, go to UGC. If you're a student or early-career professional wanting real portfolio work, go to Interns.

How quickly will I hear back?

We review every application within 48 hours. If we like what we see, you'll hear from us fast. We don't believe in "we'll keep your resume on file" — it's either a yes or a clear no.

Can I apply for more than one role?

We'd recommend picking the one you're strongest at. If you're genuinely a fit for two roles, apply for your first choice and mention the second in your application. We'll route you to wherever you can add the most value.

I don't have a traditional resume. Is that okay?

More than okay. None of our applications ask for a resume. We care about what you can do — a portfolio, a link to your work, or a strong answer to our application questions tells us 10x more than a PDF ever could.
